Goodwill – Realtime Temperature Monitoring

Goodwill - Realtime Temperature Monitoring

While you may not expect to find a Goodwill operation on a military base, Goodwill Great Lakes provides food service, administrative, logistic services and laundry to both Sailors and Recruits at the Navy’s only boot camp—Naval Station Great Lakes in Great Lakes, IL.

Goodwill Great Lakes was in search of a wireless sensor system for all their food service facilities on base. They needed to ensure the integrity of their cold chain units at all times. Additionally, they wanted to be able to have access to real-time information regardless of time of day.

Utilizing the Swift Sensor Bridge 1010 along with Swift Sensor wireless temperature sensors, all Goodwill staff are now capable of viewing this real-time information in one screen and from their mobile devices ensuring that all is well at their facilities.
