Returns

The first step is to contact support to obtain an RMA number. A support specialist will provide all of the necessary information required to initiate the return. There are some limitations on what qualifies as a return and how the return is processed. The support specialist will make every effort to satisfy the request.

Limited Warranty

There is a lifetime warranty on all Swift Sensor gateways. Sensors have a 2-year warranty. In the rare circumstance that hardware fails during the warranty period, contact support to make it right.

Monitoring Plan

The monitoring plan is very simple. The fee is based on the number of sensors you deploy. You can pay monthly, annually, or multi-year. There are no contracts required.
